-How do I choose the best photo for the portrait?
Ideally, choose a clear, high-resolution photo taken in natural light. The eyes should be visible and in focus. I’m happy to help you select the best reference!
-Can I combine pets from different photos?
Yes! As long as the photos are clear and well-lit, I can work from separate images to create a cohesive portrait.
-Do you offer gift vouchers?
Absolutely – portraits make wonderful, thoughtful gifts. I offer physical or digital vouchers, available in any amount.
-How long will my portrait take?
Turnaround depends on my current booking list, but generally allow 4–8 weeks at the time of booking . If you have a specific deadline, let me know when you enquire and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Once I've started drawing I estimate 7-10 days to completion.
-Do you post internationally?
Yes – I’m happy to ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be quoted at the time of booking.
